Qualifications:

• Current and active Louisiana Physical Therapist (PT) license required
• Previous experience in a pediatric or school-based setting preferred
• Passion for early childhood education and intervention
• Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams
• Ability to adapt therapy plans to meet individual student needs
• Reliable and self-motivated, with excellent time management skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide physical therapy services to a small caseload of early learners as part of an intervention team
• Conduct assessments, develop individualized therapy plans, and document student progress
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to coordinate support and maximize student development
• Participate in team meetings and contribute expertise in childhood mobility, strength, and function
• Ensure compliance with all state regulations and best practices for school-based therapy
• Maintain organized, up-to-date records for each student served
