A contract opportunity is available for a skilled physical therapist to join an Early Interventionist Team, working primarily with children ages 3-4. This onsite, part-time position serves a manageable caseload and offers a rewarding chance to collaborate with passionate educators and families.

Qualifications & Experience Sought:

• Valid Louisiana Physical Therapy (PT) license required
• Experience in school settings or with early childhood populations preferred
• Compassionate communicator comfortable collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
• Ability to adapt PT interventions to meet various developmental needs
• Organizational skills to manage time efficiently in a flexible schedule

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver physical therapy services for early childhood students, focusing on individualized goals
• Develop treatment plans to boost motor skills, mobility, and independence
• Consult with teachers, staff, and families to maximize student participation
• Conduct onsite observations and adapt strategies as needed
• Document sessions and track progress in line with best practices and compliance requirements
• Attend relevant meetings and contribute to team discussions for holistic student support
