Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Physical Therapy required
• Current and valid Minnesota Physical Therapist license
• Previous school-based or pediatric PT experience is highly desirable
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with teachers, staff, and families
• Adaptability to work across multiple school settings and grade levels

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and consultative physical therapy services to students based on IEP goals and individualized needs
• Develop and implement treatment plans and interventions that promote student success and functional participation in the school setting
• Assess student performance, track progress, and document services in accordance with school and regulatory guidelines
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including educators and other related service providers, to support each students academic and physical development
• Educate staff and caregivers on accommodations, interventions, and equipment usage as needed
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to student planning
