Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Physical Therapy
• Current Minnesota physical therapist license (required)
• Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting strongly preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with multidisciplinary teams
• Ability to manage a varied caseload with elementary, middle, and high school students
• Flexibility and adaptability to meet the evolving needs of students and schools

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each students needs
• Deliver direct and consultative physical therapy services within school settings
• Maintain clear and timely documentation of therapy sessions and student progress
• Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and families to support student IEPs and 504 plans
• Provide guidance and training for school staff regarding equipment and access needs
• Advocate for accessibility and inclusion across all areas of the school community
