Key Qualifications:

• Current Physical Therapist (PT) license in Minnesota (MN) required
• Previous experience in a school-based PT role or with pediatric populations preferred
• Ability to adapt to changing caseloads and work independently
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Comfort with covering a leave of absence and managing transitions

Main Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality physical therapy services to students, addressing a range of mobility and functional needs
• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to ensure students goals are met
• Track progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in IEP meetings as needed
• Adapt interventions to meet the evolving requirements of a pending caseload
