Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations of students to assess physical abilities and needs
• Develop and implement personalized therapy plans to address students mobility and functional challenges within the school environment
• Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other support staff to achieve optimal student outcomes
• Maintain accurate documentation, progress notes, and required reports
• Assist in the development of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) as part of the student support team
• Provide ongoing consultation and guidance to school staff regarding students physical needs
• Support students in accessing and participating in educational activities and routines
