Desired Qualifications:
- Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist
- Graduation from an accredited PT program
- Previous experience in pediatric or school-based settings preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills

- Ability to develop individualized treatment plans and adapt interventions
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic school setting
Responsibilities:
- Provide assessments, interventions, and support for students requiring physical therapy services
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to develop IEPs/504 plans
- Support and guide classroom staff in implementing adaptive strategies and equipment use
- Set measurable goals and track student progress, maintaining thorough documentation
- Educate students and families on exercises and techniques to enhance mobility and participation
- Assist with safe lifts, transfers, and positioning as needed
- Participate in case conferences, professional development, and ongoing training
