Key Qualifications:

• Hold a current Physical Therapist (PT) license in Connecticut
• Experience working in school-based or pediatric settings is highly valued

• Ability to adapt therapeutic approaches for middle school age students

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in accordance with student IEPs and educational objectives
• Deliver direct therapy sessions, monitor student progress, and adjust strategies as needed
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student success and participation in school activities
• Maintain accurate records and progress reports in compliance with school and district policies
• Offer guidance to educational teams on adaptive equipment, accessibility, and classroom modifications
