Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Current Physical Therapy license in the state
• Previous experience working with school-aged children preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to identify students' physical therapy needs within the school setting
• Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans, in alignment with educators and families
• Deliver direct therapy services, both individual and group, supporting students' mobility and participation in school activities
• Provide guidance and resources to teachers and staff, promoting integration of therapy goals into daily routines
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation for all services provided
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate on student progress and goals
• Stay current with best practices and relevant laws or guidelines in pediatric and school-based physical therapy
