Key Qualifications:

• Active South Carolina Physical Therapist license
• Experience providing PT services within school or pediatric settings is highly desirable
• Strong understanding of the needs of K-12 students in an educational environment
• Ability to assess, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills for working with faculty, parents, and other therapists

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and evaluations for students' physical therapy needs
• Develop individualized plans of care targeting student goals and IEP objectives
• Deliver direct physical therapy services to students in both group and one-on-one formats
• Maintain thorough, compliant documentation of student progress and services provided
• Collaborate with other educational and healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to student care
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions
