Key Qualifications:

• Experience in a school setting or working with children preferred
• Paraprofessional certification required if you dont have 60 college credits (can start with certification pending upon offer)
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and a professional demeanor

Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers in classroom management and instructional support
• Work individually or in small groups with students who need additional help
• Support students in both academic and behavioral development
• Help implement lesson plans and participate in classroom activities
• Supervise students during non-classroom times such as lunch or recess
• Foster a respectful, encouraging environment for all learners
