We are seeking compassionate and reliable individuals for the following roles:

• 1 Preschool Disability Paraprofessional
• 1 Self-Contained K-1 Paraprofessional
• 1 Shared 4th Grade Paraprofessional

Each position takes place within a collaborative school community near Wood Ridge, NJ, supporting small groups or individual students to promote academic and personal growth.

Preferred Qualifications:

• At least 48 college credits, an Associates degree, or valid Paraprofessional Certification (required)
• Experience supporting students in preschool, elementary, or self-contained classroom settings is a plus
• Ability to adapt quickly, follow teacher direction, and encourage positive student engagement
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A nurturing, patient attitude and a passion for helping children thrive

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist lead teachers by implementing instructional activities and supporting classroom routines
• Provide one-on-one or small group support for students with varying needs
• Foster an inclusive, respectful classroom environment
• Help manage behaviors, transitions, and daily classroom operations
• Maintain confidentiality and collaborate closely with educators and staff
