Essential Qualifications:

• Associates degree or completion of at least 60 college credit hours required
• Experience as a paraprofessional in a school environment strongly preferred
• Familiarity with supporting students receiving speech-language services is advantageous
• Reliable communication and ability to work collaboratively with virtual and onsite team members
• Self-starter, adaptable, and comfortable in a flexible, evolving classroom environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily educational activities under the direction of a virtual SLP
• Provide hands-on support to students in the classroom, ensuring accommodations and modifications are implemented according to plans
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment
• Help with scheduling, tracking progress, and reinforcing therapy goals
• Act as a liaison between students, teachers, and the virtual SLP to enhance communication and service delivery
