We are seeking experienced and motivated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support students in a school-based setting in the Wilkes-Barre area. This role focuses on providing direct behavioral support and implementing individualized plans to help students succeed.
What Youll Do
- Deliver 1:1 behavioral support using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques
- Implement behavior intervention plans developed by a BCBA
- Track and record student data and progress
- Support students with autism and developmental needs
- Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and school staff
Qualifications
- Active RBT certification required
- Experience working with children or individuals with special needs
- Strong understanding of ABA principles
- Reliable, patient, and detail-oriented
- Ability to pass required clearances
