Qualifications and Experience:

• Previous experience as a paraprofessional or in a student support role strongly preferred
• Familiarity with classroom management techniques

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework in education is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide classroom support alongside teachers during lessons and activities
• Assist students with academic tasks, behavioral goals, and social skills
• Implement and reinforce individualized education plans (IEPs) under guidance
• Supervise students in classrooms, halls, and during transitions
• Help prepare and organize instructional materials and classroom projects
• Foster an environment that encourages respect, curiosity, and engagement
• Complete documentation as needed, maintaining accurate records
