Key Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional coursework or certification a plus

Primary Responsibilities:

• Support classroom teachers in instructional and non-instructional tasks
• Provide individualized or group assistance to students with academic or behavioral challenges
• Assist in the implementation of individualized education programs (IEPs) if needed
• Foster an inclusive, respectful, and positive classroom environment
• Supervise students during non-classroom activities, such as lunch or recess
• Help with classroom organization and preparation of learning materials
