Enjoy steady weekday hours35 per week for school-aged students or 29 per week supporting early intervention programs.

What Youll Need:

  • Satisfy at least one of the Pennsylvania paraprofessional qualification requirements
  • Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with educators and support diverse student needs
  • Enthusiasm for working with children in a school setting
  • Reliability and professionalism in following established guidelines
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and use sound judgment

Role Responsibilities:

  • Provide instructional and behavioral support to students, under teacher guidance
  • Assist in implementing classroom activities and individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and safe classroom atmosphere
  • Support students with special needs and adapt strategies to various learning styles
  • Collaborate with teachers and staff to track student progress and share insights
  • Engage in ongoing training and professional development
