Qualifications & Preferred Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant coursework or certification a plus

What Youll Be Doing

• Support teachers in delivering instructional activities and supervise students during various parts of the school day
• Assist with classroom organization, preparation of materials, and basic record keeping
• Foster a positive, supportive experience for students with diverse needs, including those requiring additional attention
• Help provide behavior guidance under the direction of teaching staff
• Facilitate communication between students and staff as needed
• Ensure compliance with school policies and procedures to maintain a safe environment for all
