• High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant college coursework or certification is a plus

Primary Responsibilities:

• Support teachers with classroom management, instruction, and organization

• Monitor student progress and provide feedback to the teaching team
• Ensure student safety and participation during activities, transitioning between classes, and in specialized programs
• Encourage social skills and independence among students with varying learning needs
• Help prepare educational materials, maintain records, and adapt resources as needed
