Make a difference every day by supporting students in a dynamic K-12 environment as a Paraprofessional. Multiple full-time roles are available, providing 35 hours per week, with flexibility required between 7:15AM and 4:00PM depending on the sites schedule. These contract opportunities run through June 10, 2027, beginning as soon as possible.

The ideal candidate enjoys collaborating with diverse student populations, is open to varied caseloads, and can adapt to different school sites. Your compassion and adaptability will help support students with varied needs, including those with behavioral challenges, elopement tendencies, and physical care requirements.

Key qualifications and experience:

• High school diploma required
• Valid CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Previous school-based experience essential
• Comfortable working with SPED and behaviorally challenged students
• Ability to provide 1:1 student service, including toileting/diapering as needed
• Reliable transportation required
• Comfortable in urban school settings
• Must be able to obtain/complete all required PA clearances
• References must be completed before placement consideration
• Openness to supporting a range of K-12 grade levels
• Candidates with BT experience welcome

Responsibilities include:

• Providing 1:1 and group support to students, ensuring safety and engagement
• Assisting with toileting/diapering, behavior management, and classroom activities
• Supporting students who may demonstrate behaviors such as elopement, kicking, or biting
