Key Qualifications:

• Paraprofessional certification or licensure as required by state regulations
• Experience working with elementary-aged children, particularly in behavioral support
• Knowledge of effective behavioral plan implementation strategies
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to take direction and collaborate effectively with supervising staff

Primary Responsibilities:

• Support classroom instruction by assisting the lead teacher and working directly with students
• Implement and monitor individualized behavioral plans under professional supervision
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and encouraging classroom atmosphere
• Communicate regularly with educators and staff regarding student progress
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical standards in all student interactions

All onboarding, including district-specific training and fingerprinting, is provided to ensure a smooth transition into your new role. Scheduling is full-time throughout the remainder of the school year, with panel-style, onsite interviews for selection.
