Support is needed for multiple paraprofessional roles assisting during lunch and recess hours in elementary school settings near Northbrook, IL. These part-time positions offer an excellent opportunity for high school graduates interested in working approximately 2 hours a day, totaling 10 hours per week, supporting students during critical midday periods.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise students during lunch and recess to ensure safety and positive behavior
• Assist with serving lunch and maintaining a clean, orderly environment
• Monitor student activities and provide support as needed
• Communicate effectively with school staff regarding student needs and concerns

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with children
• Reliable, punctual, and attentive during assigned hours
• Previous experience in a school or childcare setting is a plus but not required

Location: Near Northbrook, Illinois (within easy commuting distance)

Employment terms:

• Contract position for the current school year (CSY)
• Part-time schedule, approximately 2 hours per day, 5 days a week (10 hours/week)
• Three available positions to support lunch aide duties
