What youll need to succeed:
Previous experience as a paraprofessional or in a related classroom support role
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with students, teachers, and staff

Ability to assist with both academic tasks and classroom management
Flexibility in meeting the varying needs of students
High school diploma or equivalent (further education or certification a plus)
Dedication to upholding school policies and maintaining student confidentiality
What youll be doing:
Providing instructional support in classrooms, reinforcing lessons and activities
Assisting students individually or in small groups to ensure understanding
Collaborating with teachers to adapt learning materials and activities
Supporting students with special needs or individualized education plans (IEPs)
Helping to maintain classroom order and monitor student behavior
Supervising students during transitions, lunches, and recess as assigned
Contributing to a safe, inclusive, and supportive school community
