Qualifications and Requirements:

• Valid para certification OR a bachelors degree (required)
• Experience in a paraprofessional role within schools preferred

Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized and small group support to students under the direction of certified teachers
• Reinforce instructional content and help manage classroom routines
• Support students with assignments, adaptive activities, and personal care as needed
• Assist in implementing behavior intervention plans and positive behavioral supports
• Collaborate with staff and communicate progress or concerns to teachers
• Maintain a safe and inclusive classroom environment
