Qualifications & Experience:
- Previous experience as a Paraprofessional or in a related classroom support role
- Ability to build rapport with students, staff, and educators

- Basic computer skills for educational technology and recordkeeping
- High school diploma or equivalent; some positions may require additional certification
Responsibilities:
- Assist lead teachers with classroom instruction and activities
- Support the implementation of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students with special needs
- Provide one-on-one or small group support to reinforce learning concepts
- Help maintain a positive, structured, and inclusive classroom atmosphere
- Monitor student progress and deliver feedback to the teaching team
- Prepare materials, set up learning spaces, and help with classroom organization
- Supervise students during non-instructional times (lunch, recess, transitions)
