As a paraprofessional, you will play a vital role in assisting classroom teachers and helping students to overcome learning challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide instructional support to teachers in classroom settings
• Assist students individually or in small groups to reinforce learning concepts
• Help manage classroom behavior and maintain a positive learning atmosphere
• Support students with special needs by adapting activities and materials
• Monitor and document student progress under teacher guidance
• Facilitate communication between students, teachers, and families as needed
