Responsibilities:
- Provide direct support to students, both one-on-one and in group settings, under the supervision of certified teachers.
- Help reinforce lessons and classroom routines as directed by teaching staff.
- Assist with classroom management and the implementation of Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) when needed.
- Offer support to students with special needs, ensuring equitable access to learning opportunities.
- Monitor student progress and communicate observations to the teaching team.
- Support teachers in preparing materials and organizing classroom activities.
- Foster a nurturing and respectful classroom climate.
