In this role, youll collaborate closely with classroom teachers and special education staff to assist students with diverse needs, ensuring every student receives the attention and guidance they deserve. Youll foster an inclusive atmosphere where each learner can thrive.

What youll bring:

• Valid Wisconsin Educator Certification (WI Educator Cert)
• Previous experience as a school Paraprofessional, especially working with students with varying abilities
• Reliability, compassion, and the ability to build rapport with students and staff
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Dedication to creating an engaging, supportive classroom setting

What youll do:

• Provide classroom support under teacher guidance, including academic assistance and classroom management
• Work one-on-one or in small group settings to reinforce lessons
• Aid students with daily activities, including mobility, behavior management, and personal care as needed
• Assist in documenting student progress and communicating observations to the educational team
• Support a respectful, nurturing, and organized classroom environment
