Hiring Paraprofessionals, Behavior Technicians (BTs), & Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)

Make a Difference in Students' Lives 

Seeking dedicated and passionate Paraprofessionals (Paras), Behavior Technicians (BTs), and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support students across a variety of educational settings for the 2026-2027 school year.

We have multiple openings available and are seeking individuals who are committed to helping students achieve academic, behavioral, and social success in the classroom.

Position Details
Full-time positions
One school site assignment
Opportunities available across all grade levels
Support students in educational and behavioral settings
Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and district personnel

Responsibilities
Provide direct student support in classroom and school environments
Implement behavioral and educational plans as directed
Assist students with academic, social, and functional skill development
Support student engagement and participation throughout the school day
Work closely with instructional and special education teams to ensure student success

Qualifications
Must meet Michigan Paraprofessional requirements
BT or RBT certification preferred for applicable positions
Experience working with children in educational, behavioral, or support-service settings is highly preferred
Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
Passion for supporting students and making a positive impact
