Educational Technician II / III (School-Based)
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Educational Technician II or III to support students in a school setting. This role involves working 1:1 and in small groups with students who have diverse learning needs, including behavioral support needs and learning disabilities. Youll play a key role in supporting academic progress and positive student outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 and small group instructional support
- Assist teachers with lesson implementation and classroom activities
- Support students with behavior management and daily routines
- Help implement IEP goals and accommodations
- Promote student engagement and positive social interactions
- Track and document student progress as needed
Qualifications:
- Active Educational Technician II or III certification required
- Experience working with students with special needs preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Patient, dependable, and proactive approach
