Key responsibilities:

• Assist lead teachers in implementing instructional plans
• Provide one-on-one or small group support to students who require additional help
• Encourage and model appropriate classroom behavior and engagement
• Adapt learning materials or activities to meet individual student needs
• Support the inclusion of students with special learning or behavioral plans
• Supervise students during class, recess, and transitional periods
• Help maintain an organized, positive, and safe classroom atmosphere
• Communicate student progress and concerns to teaching staff and administration
