Qualifications and Experience:

• Current VA Paraprofessional credential required
• Previous experience working with K-12 students preferred
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Ability to assist teachers and follow classroom routines

Your Role and Responsibilities:

• Provide classroom support as directed by the lead teacher
• Assist students individually and in groups to help them achieve learning objectives
• Help implement lesson plans, modify assignments, and supervise activities
• Support students with varying needs across K-12 age groups
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and respectful learning environment
• Monitor classroom behavior and promote student engagement
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
