This is a waitlist positionwhile an immediate placement isnt guaranteed, qualified professionals may be called upon with just 2-3 days' notice as opportunities arise. Key Qualifications:

• Active, valid credentials as a paraprofessional (required)
• At least two full years of recent experience as a paraprofessional, Behavior Technician (BT), Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), or similar role in schools
• Extensive hands-on experience supporting students with special education needs (SPED)
• Willingness to work with any age group or caseload, including students requiring toileting or diapering assistance if needed
• Dependable, punctual, and able to adhere meticulously to sign-in/sign-out procedures for timekeeping
• Ready to start on very short notice (within 2-3 days) when placements become available

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality instructional and behavioral support to students across various age groups and ability levels
• Collaborate closely with educators and multidisciplinary teams to foster student progress
• Assist with classroom management and implement IEPs/behavior plans
• Support students with personal care needs when required, ensuring dignity and respect
