Qualifications and Experience Needed:

- High school diploma or GED required; some college coursework in education is a plus

Responsibilities and Daily Duties:
- Assist students with assignments, classroom activities, and daily routines
- Support teachers in implementing lesson plans and providing individualized attention
- Offer encouragement and positive reinforcement to foster student confidence
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teaching staff
- Help maintain a safe, inclusive, and orderly classroom environment
- Assist with classroom organization, preparation of materials, and clean-up as needed
- Support students with special needs under the direction of certified staff
