Skills & Qualifications:

• Current Paraprofessional certification required
• Previous experience working in an academic or educational setting, preferably with elementary students
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with students, teachers, and parents
• Positive attitude with a passion for helping children succeed
• Reliability, patience, and adaptability in a dynamic classroom setting

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide instructional, behavioral, and personal support for elementary-age students under teacher supervision
• Assist with academic activities, small group instruction, and hands-on learning experiences
• Help maintain classroom order, monitor student progress, and reinforce positive behaviors
• Support students with special needs or individualized education plans (IEPs) as needed
• Collaborate with educators to implement lesson plans and classroom management strategies
• Assist with supervision during arrival, dismissal, and transitions throughout the school day
