Step into a vital role supporting student success as an on-site facilitator for virtual speech and language services at an elementary campus serving kindergarten through 5th grade. You will be instrumental in assisting students with communication needs during remote therapy sessions and acting as the essential liaison between students and their virtual clinicians.

Key Qualifications:

• Experience as a paraprofessional in a school setting, especially working with elementary-aged students
• Strong communication skills to coordinate between students, providers, and school staff
• Comfort with technology; ability to navigate virtual platforms, troubleshoot minor issues, and guide students through remote sessions
• Adaptability and reliability to efficiently manage support duties across a caseload of approximately 33 students
• Willingness to learn new digital toolscomprehensive training is provided if you are new to this specific virtual service model

Primary Responsibilities:

• Serve as the on-site facilitator for students receiving virtual speech and language therapy
• Support students during remote therapy and assessment sessions, ensuring smooth technology operation and providing additional assistance as needed
• Communicate clearly and promptly with students, clinicians, and school staff regarding any issues or incidents during sessions
• Help bridge any gap between virtual providers and students, fostering a supportive and organized environment
• Follow schedules and protocols set by school leadership and therapy providers

This contract opportunity begins immediately and continues through May 26, 2027, with a consistent schedule of 35 hours per week. Candidates who demonstrate excellent fit will have the opportunity to interview and receive same-day offers.
