Qualifications & Skills:

• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to school policies
• High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in education or related fields a plus

Responsibilities:

• Assist classroom teachers in daily instructional activities
• Provide direct support to students, including those with special needs

• Support students in developing key academic, behavioral, and social skills
• Monitor student progress and offer feedback to teachers
