An opportunity is available for dedicated Educational Assistants/Paraprofessionals specializing in ABA Therapy and Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) support to serve in a dynamic school environment in Taos, NM. This contract-to-hire position offers a blend of in-person and virtual interactions, supporting students with varying behavioral needs during the 2025-2026 school year.

Responsibilities include assisting with classroom activities, implementing behavioral interventions, and working closely with educators and therapists to support student achievement and well-being. Candidates will facilitate both in-person and virtual instruction, adapting to different learning environments and student needs.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Certified Level 3 Educational Assistant or Substitute required; applicants currently pursuing certification will also be considered
• Experience working as a Paraprofessional, ABA Therapist, or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) preferred
• Ability to manage diverse behaviors with patience and professionalism
• Strong communication skills for coordinating with staff, students, and families
• Flexibility to engage in virtual facilitation and attend interviews both virtually and in person
