Key Qualifications:

• Current, valid paraprofessional credentials.
• At least two full years of recent experience as a school-based paraprofessional, BT, RBT, or equivalent.
• Extensive hands-on experience in special education (SPED) settings required.
• Flexible and open to working with any age group and caseload as needed.
• Willingness to assist with toileting and diapering tasks, when required.
• Punctuality is a must; on-time reporting and daily sign-in/out sheets are mandatory for payment.
• Ability to commence assignments within a 2-3 day window when notified.

Core Responsibilities:

• Provide support to teachers and students, adapting to a variety of classroom settings.
• Assist students with special needs, including personal care as needed.
• Maintain accurate timesheets and adhere to school reporting protocols.
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and positive learning atmosphere.
