Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting a student in a life skills program as a Paraprofessional. This role offers the chance to foster growth and independence for a 1:1 student who requires academic assistance along with daily care needs, such as toileting and positioning, within a supportive educational environment. The position runs from now through June 2026, Monday through Friday, 8:50 a.m. to 3:22 p.m.

Key Qualifications:

• Experience working as a paraprofessional, PCA, LNA, or CNA in a school or similar setting
• Compassionate, patient, and skilled in providing individualized academic and personal care
• Ability to maintain a structured toileting plan, assist with positioning, and support daily activities
• Understanding of the needs of students with disabilities or complex medical requirements
• Collaborative approach to working with teachers, therapists, and school teams
• Commitment to helping students achieve greater independence and success in school

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct academic support under the guidance of educators in a life skills program
• Provide attentive 1:1 assistance to a student requiring personal care throughout the school day
• Follow established toileting and positioning plans with sensitivity and professionalism
• Support the student in navigating classroom activities and transitions
• Maintain thorough documentation and communication with the school team
