Make a meaningful impact supporting student learning as a 1:1 Paraprofessional in a dynamic school environment near Stanwood, WA! This full-time contract opportunity is ideal for those with previous paraprofessional experience who are passionate about inspiring and assisting students.

You'll work one-on-one with a student, helping them navigate their day both inside and outside the classroom. Expect a collaborative setting with teacher support and a flexible approach, as duties may include classroom transitions, assisting with basic needs (including toileting), and adapting to a range of K12 students. This role is stationed at a single site and runs Monday through Friday, 35 hours per week, with the contract extending until early June.

Key Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a paraprofessional in a school setting
• Adaptability and willingness to support students of varying ages and needs
• Comfort with hands-on support, including personal care
• Ability to collaborate with teachers and staff for student success
• Fingerprinting required prior to starting

Core Responsibilities:

• Provide dedicated 1:1 support to a student throughout the school day
• Assist with classroom transitions and activities
• Support daily needs, including toileting as needed
• Foster student independence and encourage skill development
• Communicate effectively with educators regarding student progress

Additional Details:

• Full-time contract: 35 hours/week, MondayFriday
