Key Responsibilities:

• Assist classroom teachers in implementing lesson plans and classroom management
• Provide individual and small group support to students, both within and outside the classroom
• Support students with special needs or individualized education programs (IEPs)
• Encourage positive social interactions and reinforce appropriate behavior
• Help prepare teaching materials and organize learning activities
• Supervise students during transitions, meals, and recreational activities to ensure a safe environment
