Step into a vital role supporting elementary students success by facilitating virtual speech services for grades K5. Youll serve as the essential on-site paraprofessional, working directly within a vibrant school environment near Spanish Fort, AL. In this facilitator capacity, youll act as the bridge between students and their virtual speech-language pathologist, ensuring seamless communication and support during all remote sessions.

Key Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a paraprofessional in a school setting strongly preferred
• Comfortable working with children in kindergarten through fifth grade
• Strong communication skills and ability to relay key information clearly among students, staff, and clinicians
• Tech-savvy, with the ability to operate devices, programs, and support students during online therapy sessions (training provided as needed)
• Dependable, responsive, and adaptable to a dynamic educational environment

Primary Responsibilities:

• Facilitate virtual speech and related therapy sessions for a caseload of approximately 33 students
• Provide hands-on support during sessionshelping students with technology, encouraging participation, and assisting with on-site needs as directed by the remote clinician
• Maintain close communication with clinicians, promptly relaying updates and concerns as required
• Ensure students remain engaged, secure, and supported throughout their therapy time
• Report to one assigned school site, working a consistent 35-hour schedule each week from now through the end of May 2027
