Key Qualifications:
- Valid Ed Tech Certification required
- Experience working with children in a school or educational environment, preferably K-12

Core Responsibilities:
- Assist lead teachers in implementing lesson plans and classroom activities
- Support students one-on-one or in small groups to reinforce learning concepts
- Foster a positive, inclusive atmosphere that encourages student engagement
- Supervise students during instructional and non-instructional times, ensuring safety and positive behavior
- Help modify instructional materials as needed for diverse learners
- Maintain accurate records and support classroom documentation requirements
