Key Qualifications:
- Experience working as a Paraprofessional in a school setting preferred
- Familiarity with supporting elementary-aged children, ideally in a one-on-one capacity
- Ability to assist with individualized education plans and classroom activities
- Strong communication skills and a patient, compassionate demeanor
- Comfortable collaborating with teachers, support staff, and families
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet evolving student needs
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct, personalized assistance to one elementary student, supporting academic and social-emotional growth

- Assist with classroom participation, transitions, and routines throughout the school day

- Document student progress and communicate observations to teachers and specialists
