• High school diploma or equivalent required; higher education or paraprofessional certification a plus
• Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new programs or technology

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide classroom support for teachers and individualized assistance for students as needed
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
• Assist with instructional activities, classroom preparation, and organization of materials
• Offer guidance and encouragement to help students succeed academically and socially
• Support students with special needs or learning differences in accordance with their educational plans
• Supervise students during classroom activities, recess, lunch, and transitions
• Work collaboratively with teachers, specialists, and other paraprofessionals
• Maintain accurate documentation and assist with recordkeeping as required
