Job Description

This full-time paraprofessional role offers the opportunity to support high school students aged 15 to 21 during regular school hours, Monday through Friday from 7:50 a.m. to 3:50 p.m. The position is located in Silverton, OR, and aligns with the educational calendar through the Extended School Year (ESY) period.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist high school students with daily academic and behavioral support
  • Collaborate with teachers and staff to implement individualized learning plans
  • Provide consistent supervision and support in the classroom environment
  • Facilitate student engagement and promote a positive learning atmosphere
  • Monitor student progress and communicate effectively with the educational team

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Valid Paraprofessional Certification is required
  • Previous experience working with high school students preferred
