Key Qualifications:

• Previous school-based Paraprofessional experience is highly preferred
• Experience supporting students with special needs (Lifeskills, Autism, behavioral needs, or high-incidence classrooms) is a strong asset
• Versatility and adaptabilitywillingness to work with different grade levels (K-12)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration within educational environments
• Ability to remain patient, positive, and resourceful in challenging situations

What Youll Do:

• Assist educators in delivering effective instructional support tailored to students individualized needs
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment for all students
• Support classroom management and help implement positive behavior interventions
• Deliver direct academic and social support to students throughout the school day
• Monitor student progress and collaborate with school staff on goal achievement
• Support students with daily living tasks, social skills, and classroom engagement, depending on assignment
