Make a meaningful impact in the classroom by helping students thrive across a variety of educational settings. Were seeking multiple paraprofessionals for openings spanning kindergarten through 12th grade, with contract dates from August 3, 2026, through May 20, 2027. Vacancies are available within lifeskills, autism support (SAILS), behavior classrooms (BSC), and high-incidence support environments. If you have experience supporting students in schools, your background will be highly valued.
Youll have the opportunity to express your caseload and classroom preferences during the interview process, ensuring a placement that aligns with your strengths and passion. Interviews are conducted prior to hiring recommendations, and further assignment details will be shared upon offer.
Qualifications:
- Experience working as a paraprofessional in school settings preferred
- Familiarity with supporting students in lifeskills, autism, and/or behavioral classrooms is a plus
- Ability to adapt to a variety of classroom environments and grade levels
- Strong communication skills, professionalism, and collaborative spirit
- Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to student growth
Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day instructional support for students under teacher guidance
- Assist with academic lessons and behavioral interventions
- Help implement individual student plans and adapt materials as needed
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment
- Support classroom organization and daily activities
