Job Description
This opportunity is for Paraprofessionals to support K-12 students in various school settings within the Kansas City, KS area. Multiple vacancies are available with assignments to be determined and shared after the interview and offer process.
Location:
- Kansas City, KS area (specific school assignments provided upon offer)
Responsibilities:
- Assist teachers in the classroom to provide support to students with diverse learning needs
- Help implement instructional activities and support classroom management
- Work collaboratively with educators and staff to contribute to a positive learning environment
- Provide individualized support to students as directed by teachers and school administrators
Desired Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a paraprofessional in a K-12 setting preferred
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with students and staff
- Patience and adaptability to meet the varied needs of students
- Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive educational environment
Contract Details:
- Contract position
- Immediate start with assignment periods up to May 21, 2026
