We are seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support students in a school-based setting in the Sequim area. This full-time role offers consistent hours and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 behavioral support for students in the classroom
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans
- Collect and track data on student progress and behaviors
- Support students with autism and developmental challenges
- Collaborate with BCBAs, teachers, and school staff
Qualifications
- Active RBT certification required
- Experience in ABA therapy or behavioral health preferred
- Strong communication and data collection skills
- Reliable and team-oriented
