Step into a rewarding role supporting preschool students in integrated and self-contained classrooms for ages 3-5. This contract opportunity is a great fit for a paraprofessional or instructional assistant seeking impactful work in a dynamic educational setting. Working part-time, from 8:15 am to 1:45 pm Monday through Friday, youll play an essential part in helping children with mild to moderate disabilities thrive.

Key Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of one year of experience working with children under 11
• Strong interest in early childhood development and inclusive education
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Patience, compassion, and adaptability in a classroom environment

Primary Responsibilities:

• Support lead teachers in delivering individualized and group instruction
• Assist with classroom activities, transitions, and daily routines
• Promote positive behavior and provide guidance tailored to students unique learning needs
• Foster a nurturing, inclusive atmosphere for students with varying abilities
• Help implement lesson plans and educational therapies as directed
• Maintain a safe, supportive classroom and supervise students at all times
