In this role, youll collaborate closely with classroom teachers and staff to provide tailored support. The primary position involves working directly with a moderate to severe needs student in a TK/Kindergarten classroom. An additional opportunity is also available in a mild/moderate Special Day Class (SDC). Your impact will be felt every day as you help students achieve their goals and thrive academically and socially.

What were seeking:

  • Experience as a paraprofessional, particularly in school settings
  • Familiarity with ABA strategies or a background working with moderate to severe caseloads
  • Team-oriented attitude and strong communication skills
  • Commitment to full-time, onsite schedule: 35 hours per week, Monday through Friday
  • Passion for supporting diverse learners and contributing to a positive classroom culture

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide direct support to students during classroom activities
  • Assist with individualized instruction and behavioral interventions
  • Collaborate with teachers and related service providers
  • Foster a safe, respectful, and positive learning environment
  • Track and report on student progress as needed
